HORRIBLE first experience

I went to this place with high hopes after hearing good things about it and I was highly disappointed. The hostess was really nice and we were seated right away but we were seated in an area away from everyone else. We were the only ones in the section we seated in, in a "busy" restaurant. It then took almost 15 minutes for our waitress to come and greet us, take our drink orders etc. It took another 10 to even get the drinks... iced tea and water.

She came back about 10 minutes later to take our appetizer and food order. While we waited another 20 minutes for our appetizers to come out (which was right before our food did) other waitresses cleaned around and really close to our table. Sweeping, putting up the other chairs to the empty tables around us. It made us feel like we were in the way or unwelcome since they needed to clean that section.

We got our food and the quality was terrible. The waitress got snotty when I asked her for a side of ranch and I never got it. It took another 10-15 minutes for her to bring us our check.

I will never go to this place again nor recommend it to anyone. What a waste of space at Foothills Mall... this place is a joke when neighbored by Sushi Garden and The Melting Pot.
