Good Wings not Service

The wings are awsome, however the customer service lacks. I called in and placed an order for 100 wings and was told it would be ready in 14 minutes. It took me 20 minutes to drive there and then i still had to wait another 15 minutes before they were done, all while the customers eating int he restaurant were getting their orders. They should have an order system in place by time not by quickest tomake.
